Privacy Policy
1. Who we are
This website is operated by FORGEDTITANIUM LTD, a company registered in the Republic of Cyprus (Reg No: HE 490451), trading through its CR24 Quality Solutions division ("we", "us"). Registered office: 25 Exo Vrysis, ARISTO COURT 5, Apartment 1, Paphos 8047, Cyprus. We are the controller of the personal data described in this policy.

2. Personal data we collect
- Enquiries. If you email us, we receive your name, email address, organisation, any details you include in your message, and the technical details attached to the email.
- Hosting logs. This website is hosted on Cloudflare Pages (Cloudflare, Inc.). Cloudflare may record technical information such as IP address, browser type and the pages requested, for security and operation of the service.
This website does not use cookies, analytics, advertising or tracking tools, and does not load third-party scripts, fonts or embedded content. It does not include an enquiry form: enquiries are made by email. If you choose "Pause motion", your browser keeps that single display preference in its session storage until you close the tab; it is not sent to us or to anyone else.
3. How and why we use it
| Purpose | Lawful basis (GDPR, Art. 6) |
|---|---|
| Responding to enquiries and discussing possible engagements | Legitimate interests, or steps taken at your request before entering a contract |
| Keeping the website secure and operating correctly | Legitimate interests |
| Meeting legal and regulatory obligations | Legal obligation |
4. Who receives it
We do not sell personal data. We share it only with the providers that support the website and our email: Cloudflare, Inc. (website hosting) and Google (our email service, Google Workspace), and where required by law.
5. International transfers
These providers may process data outside the European Economic Area, including in the United States. Where they do, we rely on appropriate safeguards such as adequacy decisions or standard contractual clauses.
6. Retention
We keep correspondence about enquiries that do not result in a contract for 24 months from the last substantive correspondence, and then delete it. Records relating to a contract are kept in line with our applicable business retention policy and any legal obligations. Hosting logs are kept for the period set by the host.
7. Your rights
You may ask us to access, correct, erase or restrict the use of your personal data, to object to its use, and to receive a portable copy where applicable. Write to info@forged-titanium.com. You also have the right to complain to the Office of the Commissioner for Personal Data Protection of Cyprus (dataprotection.gov.cy) or the supervisory authority in your own country.
